My GT DD not work on ps5

Hello guys

i have a question, i recently bought the new fanatec Gran Turismo DD Pro Express Version, and it works 10 minutes on playstation 5 and then turns off.

I already did all the help processes and it doesn't change anything, I would like to know how I can fix this.

because I bought a product to play on playstation 5 and it doesn't work.

help, please.

    Check your PS5 energy saving settings. If you don't push any buttons, but just drive around, the PS5 goes into sleep.

    Or, it's the GT DD Pro that turns off? Then it's faulty. Mine doesn't despite leaving it on for hours with the PS5 off.
