Customer Service response time for Gran Turismo DD Pro Expess Setup problem
How long does it usually take to get a response for service ticket? I filed for one several days ago. I've gotten nothing so far. Not even an acknowledgment via email that they have issued it.

I checked your account, and there is a Product Consultation message from the 8th, which Customer Service responded to on the 9th. Beyond that I don't see anything on your account. The support ticket likely did not get through. You would have received an immediate automated message to acknowledge that we have received it.

I attempted to get a service ticket but when I tried to submit it I just get a "spinning disk" and it doesn't go through. I think that's what happened the first time I tried to get service.
This is a new installation and I've gotten everything working but the brakes. They don't show a connection on the Fanatec Control Panel or when I use Gran Turismo Sport.
How do I service?
I would personally go underneath the pedals and just see that everything is correctly hooked up. The cable linking the brake through the throttle (I think it's like that) might be a little loose.
