Hey all! So ive just refunded the game after 3 hours of testing, I just couldnt take it..
But my friend can play Forza 5 with his DD1 wheel with no crashes what so ever? We kinda run the same spec on pc but we managed to figure out that he has iCue turned off when playing and Armoury crate completely deleted. Thats the only difference.. And NO he isnt playing with the driver from 2019.
Since I refunded the game I cant test it..
Can we get anyone to test this tho I know its a longshot...

ask your friend to test it.
Which drivers and FW does your friend use?
Is Fanalab installed and also active during the game?
What force feedback settings are used in the game?
By " turned off" you mean uninstalled or just not opened?
Sorry guys for the late response. Apparantly he was only open world driving so when he started doing missions his crashing started aswell.
Yup. It always crashes during loading situations. You might get a few loads to work, but if you get more than a half hour of play it's a miracle.
dont think its the DD causing it the game to crash. its the video drivers. what video card do you have?
also found out turning off ray tracing quality under graphics for FH5
No, it's not the graphics driver. Also not directly on the DD Wheel.
The error is in the transmission of force feedback data from the game to the wheel.
