Order status "still in process" after one month.
Hi,
Waiting on a PCBA to be sent. I assumed it would be covered under warranty but Fanatec asked me to pay for it (which I have).
It's now been a month since I placed the order and it's still processing.
Your chatbot can't help, where else can i contact regarding this?

Regarding the chat system, it has a bot active all the time, but it is also operated by staff each working day (at least 8 hours per day). When it is operated by support agents you will see the 'Live Chat' icon:
The Live Chat option normally gets you through to the support team faster.
