WRC Wheel not recognised on Xbox Series X in X Box mode but works on PS5 in PS mode on CSL DD Pro

Hello!

I just got the CSL WRC Wheel and the McLaren GT 3 wheel.

I own a CSL DD Pro GT Sport base.

I own both a PS5 and an Xbox Series X

The McLaren GT3 wheel works on both consoles without any issues.

The WRC wheel works on PS5 without any issues, on PS mode.

The WRC wheel is however not recognised on Xbox mode despite the GT3 wheel working.

I'm not really sure what to do and any help would be greatly appreciated :)


Firmware:

PC Driver 437

Wheel base 1.1.5.4 (this includes the shifter calibration fix from latest build)

Wheel base motor 1.0.2.2

    Hi Bruce,

    It sounds like a connection issue specific to the WRC wheel. I can see that you have already opened a support ticket, which would have been my recommendation.

    Any update on this? The thing is, the WRC wheel worked fine with most games on my Xbox Series S. Then I bought a PS4 to play Gran Turismo Sport. And that works fine with the WRC wheel. But when I switch back to the Xbox, no controls on the wheel works. It is totally dead.

    After switching back to the Playstation, then making sure to turn everything off before disconnecting and then connecting to XBox, it now works. But it also depend on the game. Grid (not Legends), Forza 7, v-Rally, Dirt Rally 2.0 and WRC 8 works for me.
