GT DD PRO | The base is alway in the PS mode

Today I was playing the PC version of Dirt Rally 2 and suddenly the controller was missing, and then I found that the base automatically switched from PC mode to PS mode, and no matter how I pressed the power button, he was always on PS for the next time.
I have tried the following:
1. Unplug all cables from the base and plug them back in
2. Repair the current version of the driver (436)
3. Reinstall the latest version of the driver (439)
4. Press and hold the power button for 8 seconds to re-flash the firmware of the base
5. Connect the PS, but the base also doesn't work, the PS button doesn't respond, and the LED on the steering wheel doesn't light up either
Has anyone had a similar problem, and I'd be very grateful if you could tell me how to fix it!

Have you tried checking the quick guide and see what button combo to use on the wheel to change to PC mode?
It will not automatically switch to PC mode. You need to use a button combo on the wheel to change modes.
Thanks for your reply, in GT DD PRO, the mode is switched by short pressing the power button
Ah ok, nice all the consistency in Fanatec products 😁
But also button combination on the wheel works. So maybe that way it will switch modes. Worth a try.
Hi, Have you fixed the issue? My dd pro was stuck in playstation mode but somehow switched back to pc mode. But now it won’t change any modes or turn off unless I unplug it. Weird thing is the button works to turn it on and thats it. Doens’t seem like the button is broken.
