I have the 911GT3 RS steering wheel, but I have no force feedback on my PC.
Can you tell me, if I need to install a software and if so which one?

You need to download the correct driver for that wheel, you can't use the latest drivers and software because they don't support that wheel. I think you need to go to the link below and select your wheel from the Discontinued Products section then download the driver from there:
