Problem new DD2, how "sand" inside?

Good morning everyone. I have had the new Podium DD2 for 2 days. I immediately installed both Fanalab 1.63 and the 439 drivers with relative firmware, base 691, motor 42, steering 44, QR 6.
Unfortunately while driving with iRacing I feel like micro vibrations coming from the DD2, the rotors of my Formula V2 crown are deactivated.
It looks rough, as if there was "sand" inside, I don't know how to describe it!
very bad feeling.
Even with my PC turned off they can be heard !!
I therefore assume it is the driver / Firmware fault.
Anyone have the same problem?
Yesterday I also opened a tiket at Fanatec, I am awaiting their response.

What's your INT and FEI setting?

I also deprived of zeroing or turning off all the filters but that bad effects remain.
I also had DD1 before and it was the same problem. That's why I blame the driver/firmware
Why not blame the game?
IRacing has one of the worst FFB on the market.
Try a slightly higher INT of 6-8 and set DPR to OFF.
Look, I've been running for two years with iRacing and for two years I've had DD1, it's always gone smooth, no rough background effect.
I don't have any other simulators in my PC, so I can't even test on anything else. I'll try again by tapping the filters as you advise me but I doubt I'll solve :’(
Then, as I wrote and turning on only the Podium with PC off, moving the crown you feel this feeling of roughness inside the DD2

io ho comprato la mia postazione il 4 di febbraio 2022 :podium dd2 v3 invertita rennesport e club sport formula . Gioco su xbox
appena affronto una curva impegnativa il podium si spegne . Appena lo riaccendo non ho piu ffb e l'alimentatore fa un rumore basso e fastidioso e non ho mai visto la ventola dell alimantatore girare

quello che sto cercando io è se a qualcun’altro succede quanto da me spiegato, ma se nessuno si è accodato vuol dire di mo. Però è strano.
tutto è cominciato col nuovo firmware. Boh, vedremo!

It's almost completely gone!!! Now on the straight if I sway the crown a little I no longer feel the rough or internal grains!!! I turned off the DPR filter

But you should definitely update Fanalab.
That version is years old and no longer compatible and working with anything.
