Help! Pedal Port Broken on Brand New GT DD Pro Wheel Base....

Just received my GT DD PRO bundle today. Unfortunately, once I connected everything, I found out that my pedals were working only intermittently. Upon close inspection, the pedal port on the back of the wheel base is very loose! After playing some games for a little bit, the pedals suddenly don't respond at all! Not sure how something like this could've passed inspection. Is something like this non-fixable? Is there a way that I can re-purpose an unused port (i.e. shifter port) to turn it into a pedal port? I'm afraid if I return this wheel base back for a new one, I'll be waiting a looong time for a replacement :(

Hi there. I received mine yesterday. I thought it was a pedal fault but I used my friends setup to test my pedals. Upon inspection of the wheel base ports I have found the pedal port to be loose and the handbrake port too. The 2 shifter ones seem fine.
Hi guys,
I'm sorry to hear about this. Please make sure you open a support ticket via the My Products section of your Fanatec account and the team will get this fixed.

Same issue here with my GT Pro DD. O[pened up a support ticket. I'm hoping it's not an ongoing issue with all GT Pro DDs...
Exact came problem here with loose port - I’m in Japan. Raised a ticket just now - I sure hope it will get fixed. At this price point this is really unacceptable after a month of moderate use :((
