Rumble motor not working/Fanatec interface error

Hey so midrace my rumble motor stopped working on the brake pedal. I returned to my home screen, opened fanatec control panel, clicked 'Brake rumble test' and the application just crashes. I have not felt the rumble since the race mentioned earlier on either pedal. The Fanatec application just crashes everytime I test either rumble.
