[in progress] CSL GT DD Wheel Base Motor Firmware update PROBLEM

Got my CSL GT DD package yesterday, plugged into the PC for driver 439 to update all firmware.
All going fine until it tried to update the Wheel Base Motor. Driver software times out after a few minutes saying cannot connect, and yet the driver software can see all devices. Motor stuck on 0.0.0.0 firmware.
Everytime i turn the wheelbase on it tries to calibrate which cannot be done.
Extremely disappointed at this. Anyone else have a fix lately?

That sounds like a defective unit, I see your case is already in progress with support.

Hi Dominic, I have reported exactly the same problem 14 days ago through ticket 171655 but still waiting for any help! I suspect you can help me get proper help. Many thanks in advance from a customer in need of help
