(Lost package, in progress)

UPS have lost my package and told to get a hold of Fanatec to claim it lost and send me a new one. Great I thought but that seemed easier said than done. I have tried for 12 days to get a hold of the support and the one time I finally got a hold of them in chat I was asked to contact them at a later point since he couldn't help me. Since then there has been totally radio silence and nobody have responded to my mails.
I would have thought a company like Fanatec would have a better handle of the basics within customer service.
