Podium Button Module Endurance info

Hi to all,

in Podium Button Module Endurance Quick Guide it says to connect the button module to clubsport universal hub by RJ12 adapter.

Why?

Before to read the quick guide I connect the button module to clubsport universal hub by usb type-c connector.

What is the difference between the two types of connection?

    Why? Because thats the only possible connection on a older Universal Hub v1... :D

    V2 Hubs have USB-C so you should connect it to that one, its only meant for v1 Hubs which do not have a USB-C port at all.

    Ok Maurice, thanks for your explanation. I didn't understand that in the manual it references to old v1 universal hub version too.

    Manual needs updating it had me baffled for 5 minutes...lol
