[RMA in progress] Customer service

ok so, I ordered a DD1, it got delivered and worked for about 3 glorious hours. So I Asked technical support for help. And would you believe it automatic reply!!

why is it so hard to get and kind of tech support or customer service with fanatec, what is going on!!!

why does it take so long for some one to get back to you!

why can’t I return my equipment!!!

I’ve been trying to contact them since day three of having the equipment and it having no force feed back and the fan always beeping on!!

and now it’s day 13 since delivery and the DD1 is now a glorified paper weight.

can someone please shed some light on this

And now there raising there prices!!!!! And have no stock of anything apart from the DD2

  • I got email responses in about 3 workdays. It took about 2 weeks to process my return and send me a shipping label. My refund was 3 days after my stuff got there.


    My DD Pro worked for 4 days and about 8 hours total.

  • I mean here’s me thinking I’m crazy and I’m not! I tried everything

    why are they sending out faulty goods

    they made 90 million last year!!
