dd pro motor axle not straight

i bought a dd pro wheelbase and realized that the "axle" that is coming out of the motor is not rotating on a straight axis, but is wobbling, like the axle is not centered.

i attached a video, is that normal behaviour? i also opened a support ticket, but thought i might get some information faster in here.

    Yes that is actually normal, every GT DD and CSL DD has it (to some degree, some more than others).

    It has been happening is one thing being normal is another and I don't think it's normal by chance mine is just ok, it's a shame I lose the connection with the computer while I'm in a race from time to time and randomly.

    Mine was the same way. After a little adjusting with the clamp it was much better. Just takes a few tries.
