New Customer

It took 4 days to get my account open due to web site errors and it finally worked, next during the process of trying to get my account opened I tried to call during the times you have set and no one answered the phone I dont know if im going to spend thousands of dollars with your company due to this situation, if you cant answer the phone when you say your open for calls and dont respond to emails how are you going to provide customer support

    Hi Rickey,

    The sales team is extremely busy at the moment, and they are concentrating on their email backlog.

    The technical support team is separate, and uses a different ticket system, and is not experiencing the same delays.
