CSL Elite P1 Issue

Hi there,
Just bought a used CSL elite wheelbase and p1 wheel (PS4 version). While the base is working fine (just updated via firmware manager and everything seems to be fine) the wheel itself seems to be faulty. Wheel is recognized via the software but when I try to switch to the wheel to test buttons, shifters etc. the software crashes. I'll return it anyways since the seller claimed that the wheel is like new(turns out that the up shifter is not clicking) but it would be good to know if a faulty wheel is causing the software to crash.

Thats a known Driver UI issue.
The wheel should work fine in games.
That one shifter might not "click" is normal for P1 wheels, so not a faulty claim of the seller.

The shifter doesn't seem normal to me, since the left one is very "snappy" and does a satisfying click, while the right one doesn't. Is there a fix for the shifter before I'll send it back to the seller?
There is no fix for the not clicking shifter, no, but its normal for Snapdomes which are used for the P1 Shifters - its not a defect in the product.
Ok that's a bummer but guess I'll try to use it this way since it was a good price and switch to a club sport wheel in the future
