Universal Hub for Xbox One Cross Inputs

I'm having a major issue with my Universal Hub for Xbox One over the last few days, either since upgrading to driver 439 or 440.

Since upgrading my Universal Hub seems to be registering multiple inputs on the press of a single button. It can be so bad that if you hold one of the shifters paddles down multiple buttons will rapidly go off in other places.

All my firmware is up to date since driver 440. I have tried downgrading multiple drivers all the way back to 412 with no luck of getting the issue to go away.

One other weird thing i noticed is every other time I connect my Universal Hub the Fanatec control panel will show an Advenced Paddle Module connected even though I do not own one.

If any one has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
