Hi, I got some issues regarding the right paddle shifter on my CSL Universal Hub.

Sometimes it doesn’t shift up and when it does it double shifts…

Left paddle works fine.

I’m running CSL DD 8nm + CSL pedals + CSL Universal Hub with a OMP wheel and everything has the latest firmware and software.

Tried all the restart and reinstall procedures but no difference.

Everything was bought in January and the issues started three weeks ago, but in the last week it did got noticibly worse.

Anyone that had the same issue and fixed it has a clue?

Opened a ticket last week but so far no response from Fanatec, it’s sad not being able to race due to the issue and having such a customer support that is at least disapointing.

    Thats a hardware issue and you need to wait for the support to start the repair RMA process.

    Due to Easter and Easter holidays it currently seems to take longert than usual to get an initial reply from the support so you have to be patient.
