I submitted a support request 12 days ago and have not received a response
As is says in the title, I submitted a support request for a CSL DD wheel base via the fanatic website 12 days ago and have not yet received a response beyond the automated “we have received your request” email.
fanatec: this is just not good enough. Your kit is great when it works, but this abysmally poor level of support will make me think twice about buying fanatec again.
you’ve obviously got problems at fanatec – please sort them out.

There is a large backlog of requests that the team is working through. I apologise for the delay.
In the meantime, have you attempted to re-seat the base-side QR? This is explained in this FAQ (and associated video):
