Podium DD1 Does Not Recognize Wheel

Have had my PS4 F1 DD1 wheel base and wheel for four months. Turned it on yesterday to do my normal practice and the wheel base turns on but does not recognize wheel and the fans go to 100%. Tried downgrading to different driver versions, nothing has fixed the issue.

    When fans spin at 100% this means the base cant detect the motor properly.

    Have you tried updating the Motor Firmware?

    If it always shows Motor Firmware 0 then you need to contact support as the base needs an RMA.

    Yes it does say 0, contacted support. Not able to update firmware as the window just closes when I try. Thanks for the advice

    That happened to me a few hours ago. In my case because right now I only use it on PS4 I'm not able to change to PC mode and check the motor firmware. The usb and wheel icon doesn't show on the wheel base display. I already sent a message to support.
