DD1 loud and physical snap
My DD1 has developed a very pronounced snapping sound that can be heard through my mic and will physically snap the steering when left and right violently out of my grip. Any one encounter this? It’s still under warranty and Fanatec wants me to send it back for evaluation for repair/ replacement.

A wheel base should never randomly snap like that, so it sounds like your unit is defective and could be dangerous to keep using. I recommend that you follow the advice of our support team.
