Is it all possible to order spares from Fanatec .....I need a new Accelerator connector....... the RJ12 and potentiometer board ....they obviously come complete

    Yes, it should be but not on the forums. Reach out to sales or support for this via the website form.

    Please can somebody help me .....when i try to go to the Support on the froum they keep sending me to a page asking what Fanatec itm i need to buy ...All im trying to find out is whether i ca purchase a "  Accelerator connector....... the RJ12 and potentiometer board "

    Log into your account.

    Go to your products. If you don't have any, add the pedals.

    Click support for the pedals, then click proceed

    Pick your platform and OS, then click continue

    This will take you to the FAQ. Click no solution found.

    Type in your request subject and message, and click the new support request button.

    This is how you actually ask someone who can help instead of just complaining on the forum.
