CSP V3 firmware update failed

Hi all . I tried to update the firmware to 1.34 and it failed .No it didnt work anymore

Follwed thr instruction to unplug Rj12 and moved top USB . Its starts normal and then shows a failure . No chance to undo . Any hints and tips to recover ???
