Firmware Manager Not Responding

I have a Club Sport Wheel Base v 2.5 with Firmware version 474, Club Sport Pedals with Firmware Version 1.30.


When I launch Fanatec Control Panel, and then move the the Firmware Manager. When I click on Update, it hangs and says "Not Responding".

Is there another way to update the firmware for my wheelbase, universal hub, and pedals?
