Fanatec steering wheel not working

I have a dd pro and last week I'm pretty sure Rfactor settings had different profiles for my wheel in it. Now there are no profiles to choose. I set it up manually but the car won't turn left. When I start the wheel works fine but the second I start to leave the pit I can't turn left.

Please help! Ideally I'd figure out a way to get the profiles back
