DD1 Remote Power Switch

Just made a remote power switch. Got a momentary switch with LED and used the RJ12 cable that came with V3 pedals.

Blue core is +ve and connected to LED + contact and adjacent switch contact.

White core is LED -ve and contact is opposite +ve.

Yellow core is on other switch contact.

Switch operates just like rear switch with pulsating LED etc.

Short press - switch on.

Short press - torque off.

Long press - switch off.

    The RJ12 end is the black Fantec lead supplied with the brakes. I got the basic wiring from YouTube video. But the LED didn't light wired 5 and 6. But did 1 +ve and 6 -ve.

    Pin 1 Blue +ve, Pin 2 Yellow switch contact, Pin 3 Green, Pin Red 4, Pin 5 Black, Pin 6 White -ve.

    You guys solder the wires of the RJ12 straight to the momentary switch?

    I have followed the video (having both a button and a mushroom button and cannot get the switch to work). On my button I have 5 pins Led +,Led -, NO, NC and C The led pins go to 5 and 6 in the breakout (led works) but which of the other pins do I connect to 1 and 2 (c/NC and or NO)? When I push the button it doesn't do anything Hope anyone can help can help.
