Is there any difference between CSL DD and Gran Turismo DD PRO apart from the platform? I'm talking about CSL DD 8nm.

Other than the slight differences in appearance, and platform compatibility, no, there is no difference.
Will, there be any compatibility issues with any games or software on PC? Or will it work 1:1 like CSL DD on the PC too?
Depends on the game. If it is not a recent release (or has not been updated recently), you may need to run the base in CMP compatibility mode rather than native PC mode for it to be recognized and to gain functionality of some features. This is true of both the CSL DD and the GT DD Pro.
