Support ticket isn't or is send to Fanatec

I made a support ticket but i didn't get any confirmation. No green box with:"It's send" and no confirmation e-mail? Can anybody check if it is send? here is my problem with my DD1:


  • I made another ticket and I got the green 'ok' box. Also got two confirmation files but with different text. I hope i didn't write 2 tickets but the first one just kept hanging on loading and no confirmation or green box.

    If i did write two tickets, sorry for that.
