Fanatec shifter calibration new software

I want to calibrate my shifter again. I think thats the solution. It doesnt get recognized by the new Fanatec Control Panel anymore. So everything I do I dont see anything working. But when I follow the steps to calibrate the shifter I need to press the startand tuning button together. If I do that I am only able to see the SEN and FF settings. Anyone can help with trying to make my shifter work?
