Barely got my Drift Wheel off my DD2 - how much force can that shaft handle?
I recently got a DD2 with Formula V2.5 rim. Today I tried my 3 other wheels with the DD2, and found it extremely difficult to get the Drift Wheel with QR1 off. I literally had to use my body weight, pushing off with my foot from my rig's pedal tray.
My new Formula V2.5 comes off like a breeze, the McLaren V3 as well, the Porsche Podium Hub had some issues that got better with using grease (Super Lube 41160, dielectric), but the QR1 on the Drift Wheel remains ultra hard to get off.
I already contacted support about this, asking them to replace the respective QR1 and inspect the pictures I'm attaching here - if someone can let me know if everything looks good that would be great.
The main reason I'm posting is that I'm a bit worried about my DD2 - everything still works fine, I tested it in 3 games - but I wonder, how much force can the shaft handle, is there a reason to be concerned?

use lube.
A little silicone grease goes a long way.
Thanks, but as I said no amount of lube helped with this particular QR.
For anyone wondering, support confirmed that my DD2 is fine in the meantime.
I'm pretty impressed how solid this wheelbase is.
