Formula 2,5x upshifter no function

Hi, everyone,

I got my new set consisting of DD pro, formula 2.5 x and Clubsport V3 this week.

Everything works perfectly except for the upshifter on the wheel. All buttons and controls on the wheel

work. Also the vibrations, but the upshifter doesn't do anything. Downshifter works too.

Support sent me instructions, but didn't help. Anyone know advice?
