torque disabled by powerbutton issue
I was in a race and my "torque disabled by powerbutton" light came on and i basically lost control of my car.
Why would this happen without being pressed and is this a sign of a hardware issue with the device??
what can i do to prevent this from happening again?

Why is no one from Fanatec helping me? I cannot seem to get anyone from their support to respond to this.
This forum is frequented by enthusiasts like you. Someone with the same problem as you might answer you, but not Fanatec support.
To speak to Fanatec support you have to open an incident on their site, and wait for them to respond.
It would help if you include details of the kit??

As Alessandro mentioned, no one from Fanatec is going to give you support here. You need to log into your account on Fanatec's main site, and open a support ticket there.
Im not the original buyer of the piece, does that mean I cant get support? I cant show Proof of Purchase..
You can register your product on the Fanatec website in any case.
You have to sign up on their site and add the product you bought from another seller, even used.
You will not have the guarantee, in case of purchase used, but they will give you assistance.
