Support Ticket

Hi Just wanting to confirm if my support ticket claim was received?

There is no successful notification received after lodging a ticket.

My DD1 wheel base randomly keeps switching to PC mid play and I am unable to switch it back to Xbox no matter what I do.

  • You must receive a confirmation email. If you have not received it, it means that the ticket has not been sent.

  • Thanks Alessandro. Nothing is ever received. I have submitted 3 times now. I will try a different browser maybe.
