BMW GT3 M4 wheel green rotary not recognised in AMS2

Configuring controls I cannot get AMS 2 to recognise the green rotary, irrespective of ithe MPS setting - running Fanalab 1.66, driver 447 AMS 2 recognizes the other rotaries but no the centre bottom one.
