Out of the box DD1 Not Recognised

Hi, I had a DD1 delivered, out of the box it was stuck in Pc mode, so I downloaded firmware 447 and flashed the base and wheel which loaded V3.0.0.6 and the fan is running 100% on start up plus the base is not recognised on the UI.
The motor firmware is running on v29.0.0. I think I'm supposed to downgrade to a previous firmware, but I don't know which one, plus I don't know where to get the official firmware from. Tried to repair the drivers but it gets stuck at the beginning and won't move on

Hello, I had the same problem, I had to downgrade until the version 336 and then re upgrade step by step one version at the time until I got stuck again on the 431 version, you can find a thread on this forum with all the old drivers
So frustrating, just received my bundle (podium wheel DD1/V3 peddles) I have the exact same issue has anyone found luck with a solution?
