McLaren V2 upshifts while driving

Anyone had an issue with the McLaren V2 upshifting without clicking the paddle? Mine is randomly upshifting. Looking to see if anyone had a solution. Thanks

    My apologies...unsure why it caused an upshift.....but my phone was lying on my keyboard pressing the space bar.....

    Yeah, I did that.
