BMW steering wheel GT2 V2 not recognised on DD1

All latest drivers and firmware installed.
Steering wheel greyed out in Fanatec control panel and Fanalab, so can not do anything.

No-one else experienced this and able to help?
Serveral cases shown in the forum. It seems like hardware issue. Did you solve it?
