CSL elite noisy

After 4/5 turns the steering wheel starts making this very loud noise; I specify that I use all the settings recommended by you.

I already tried cleaning the cooling fan but nothing changed.

What can it be?

it is impossible to use it like this! I hope you help me to solve!
