Podium hub with CSW2.5 issues

I recently bought the Podium hub with the two csw button modules last week. I’ve updated its firmware and it seemed to work great. Now it is starting to wig out and disconnect randomly during a race. If I remove the wheel and reinstall it the base will recalibrate and everything is fine for a while. Having this happen makes it unusable in a race. I have a Formula V2 and a Universal hub that have no issues. Has anybody else had a similar problem with the podium hub?
any help will be greatly appreciated.

Are you securing the quick release with the mounting screw? Possibly the pins are losing connection without it tightened in place firm?
Hey Thomas thanks for the reply. I have tried installing the securing screw and am still getting random disconnects. The base is only 2months old and the hub I just received last Friday.
I’m having the same issue.
I’m using a cube control formula pro Wheel. The two games I’m playing right now are ACC and f1 2020. On both games I lose FFB, dare I say complete control, for about 2-3 seconds then it comes back and it seems to be random. I’ve change the firmware a couple times. Currently I have v365 loaded.
has anyone found a solution to this or do I have a defective product?
