My CSL loadcell pedal has an elastometer that is breacking down. I am trying to fill a support request on the website but when I hit submit nothing happens. I have tried two different browsers but same result. Can anyone help with this?
It's been this way for years. Making the contact form work reliably seems to be beyond Fanatec's technical expertise. It's quite frankly an embarrassing level of incompetence. Many many threads highlighting the issue, fanatic alternately claim it is working fine or that the issues are short term and now resolved. The evidence suggests otherwise.
