Huge problem with Podium F1 Racing Wheel

Hi I bought the Podium F1 Wheelbase and I have some major issues with it.

1st: The wheel makes loud noises while driving

2nd: The Steering wheel is loose

My question is if these things are normal or not

I appriciate any kind of help.

you are using the quick release completley wrong.

Please have a look into the Handbook and read it first.

You main Issue is the Black rubber ring is supposed to be tightened with the gold ring before you put on the wheel.

In your case it is not tight, and everytime you push the wheel, you push that black rubber thing further back.
