Setting up the GT DD PRO WHEEL AND PEDAL SET AND LOADSELL PEDEL HOW TO CONNECT FOR UPDATES for the first time on my laptop

I see you can't use the RJ12 and the USB at the same time as you can brick the wheel base

So can someone please help by giving me step by step guide as to doing the updates on the full kit

I don't understand the YouTube video as it is going far too fast and it's confusing like the digegrsms in the instructions too don't make sense


Please if you can help me
