My Order and Delivery Experience with 'Available' Items (USA - June 2020)
I just want to address some of the uncertainty and unknowns regarding ordering content that is "available" to purchase now.
I placed my order on Monday June 8th, received a FedEx tracking number on June 11, and received my two item order on June 15th.
It took 3 days between placing my order and receiving a tracking number.

Can confirm in the US - if you order in-stock items, it gets shipped and delivered quickly.

The Podium F1 bundle is pre-order date for july 24th no? Seems more likely you'll get V3 Pedals before you get the wheel bundle.

Yeah, it's already processed and now on to warehouse processing so I'm guessing it'll ship today or tomorrow.
Is there a way to view the tracking number online in your account? Or do you have to wait for them to email it to you. I got an email from them 3 days ago that my order was shipped but I have not received a tracking number. I would like a clue about when to be around for delivery.
What carrier is it being shipped through? You can make an account with the major ones like Fedex (the carrier mine is being shipped through) and associate your address with the account, then they should be able to give you info from their system. I'm not sure why Fanatec is having issues with their system updating, the tracking number update should be automated. keyword: should.

Yup! Was just picked up about 40mins ago, on its way! Looks like their process is totally fine if the items are in stock/"ready to ship"
I preordered the Formula V2 rim with a V1.1 base and CSL pedals with an availability date of June 5th, which changed to June 12th. It was picked up by fedex the Monday after June 12th!
It seems a few specific products have been delaying the orders of people who ordered them (CSW, Bundles). But it also looks like they are starting to fulfill orders a bit better than before.
