base broke? help please

Hello, I have my csl dd f less than 20 days, and suddenly my base does not have any kind of force, in addition the force feedback is minimally noticeable, I have tried to remove and insert the quick reale and nothing.

ANY SOLUTION? Or is the base directly broken?
