CSR wheel problem

my wheel turns right as soon as i touch it in windows 11 game contoller panel. It works for Nascar racing 2003 but with any windows game when I try to calibrate my wheel in game it will immediately go all the way to the right when I get 1 degree past neutral. Very frustrating! Thanks for any help you may provide.
