CSL DD Issues

Hi all,
Trying to get my CSL DD to work.
Upon boot, the wheel will spin in one direction several rotations and then will be unresponsive to presses on the power button.
Power cycling doesn't seem to affect it any differently.
If it connects (not consistent) and appears in the Fanatec Control Panel, the wheel may show up be totally unresponsive.

Bumping. Any help out there?
Additionally, are there any troubleshooting guides out there? Manual was not helpful.
