FANATEC Control panel will not open

I have just received my new CSL DD bundle and have set up according to the instructions,
My PC is a new win 11 64 bit build I downloaded the latest drivers/control panel 64 bit but the control panel will not open has anyone got any ideas on this process/subject please

I have the exact same problem. I also followed all the troubleshooting tests from the manual but none of them worked.
(I put the wheel in pc mode, changed usb port, repaired the installation, reinstalled the driver)
The wheel works, I am able to use it in f1 23, but not to open the fanatec UI.
If anyone has an idea let me know.

yes same here reinstalled drivers changed usb ports my wheel works in Asseto Corsa but i cant update firmware and use the UI/Control panel
It turns out that unfortunately the wrong driver 451 version from 16th May got uploaded to the /driver webshop page instead of the driver 451 version from 18th May with the fix for exactly this crashing issue.
You need to uninstall your current driver 451 and install the driver 451 version from the first post of this forum link which is the version with a fix for this crash and thats also the version which was supposed to be uploaded to the webshop.
Thiis will fix your crashing issue.
