Universal hub stopped working mid race

Hi,

My universal hub stopped working mid race on GT7.. the steering kept working, but all Force feedback was gone.

Now none of the buttons on the hub work, so I can't get the PS5 to recognise it and use it going forward.

There's no display on the lcd indicator.

Anyone else had or heard of this?
