Grinding noise from wheel after last patch.

After this last patch I'm getting a bad grinding noise coming from my wheel when the car is accelerating. If you feather the throttle the grinding noise comes in when you press the gas pedal then goes away when you let off. It also comes in bad when you jam on the brakes. But if you're sitting still there is no noise. I've got a CSL DD base with a Formula V2 rim.
